Unified Support Services is company specializing in information Technology Services and Solutions. Based in Johannesburg, Unified Support Services focuses on services including IT consulting, technical and support services, and managed services. Unified Support Services provide infrastructure services, such as structured cabling, Layer 2/3 switching, routing, and Wi-Fi, as well as managed Firewall services.


Other SLA services include remote and on-site support, from Tier 1 (Desktop Support) to Tier 3 (Directory Service, Network, Server, Security) via our ServiceDesk.


Cloud services include migration from on-premises to cloud e.g. Active Directory to Azure AD, Simple Hosted Mail to Exchange Online (Office 365) or Hybrid environment for a mix of both on-premises and cloud.


Our Cloud services supports multiple models. A more cost-effective private cloud solution can be combined with services hosted in AWS or Azure.


Backup solutions are architected within business constraints, as all businesses differ in backup scope requirements e.g. block level backup of Servers hosted on SAN/NAS or local storage, file level backups for users/devices. Backup direct to cloud, or local and private cloud with replication to public cloud such as AWS.


Backup power solutions, such as custom long-run UPS and Hybrid Solar, forms part of our Infrastructure services.


Unified Support Services partners with telecom providers (Data and Voice) to assist in delivering solutions and services that can also be managed at a single point of contact.

Unified Support Services was founded in 2017 with the main goal of helping businesses optimize efficiency through Managed IT, Cyber Security, and Data Center Solutions.
