Remote Management; Active Directory User/Object Management, OS support , Patching , Imaging,
Deployment of Applications on Workstation, MS Office support.
General Printing support; Workstation Driver install, and configure print authentication.
Anti-Virus; Deploy, Configure, and Manage.
On-site support included - travel, tolls and parking fees billed separately.
One profile migration or Workstation Reload per Annum.
The following shall not form part of the Services:
Hardware and Software outside the agreed Standard shall be excused from Service Level performance and shall be supported on a best effort basis ;
training of End-Users on Software Applications and operating systems;
the replacement of printer and Multi-Functional Units (MFU) consumables;
support of End User personal owned Equipment;
VPN client Software support on unsupported operating systems/browser Applications stated by the VPN Software Vendor;
mobile Equipment support (Hardware and Software) which would require resolution by the Mobile Operator - Service desk will however accommodate logging request with manufacturer.
